A respected leader in Indigenous inclusion, Rodger currently advises for the Council Les Ecole and previously served as a Knowledge Keeper for the Regina Catholic School Division.
Rodger has developed and led culturally sensitive workshops for a diverse range of clients, including independent businesses, Crown corporations, and Nation unions. His work includes a decade as lead facilitator for the Cultural Awareness Program at the First Nations University of Canada (2000-2010). Rodger’s extensive expertise and dedication to cultural awareness and reconciliation make him a valuable guide for organizations on their journey to meaningful partnerships.

With a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Politics and International Relations, Paul brings a strategic perspective to business development and customer relations. He works closely with First Nations contributors and partners, supporting meaningful collaboration and mutual growth.
